Compass Properties was originally started by Harold Kalles in conjunction with real estate sales. Over time Harold's reputation for high quality work and his personal enjoyment of being a property manager led him to step away from real estate sales and focus completely on management. Since then, Compass Properties has grown tremendously while continuing to stay very active in the community. We currently manage hundreds of units and have helped thousands of people find a place to call home.
