The Property Management Team focuses on successfully managing and maximizing the properties we have been entrusted to care for. These include single-family homes, apartments and townhouses to name a few. Our team is highly skilled and educated in the craft of Property Management. This team actively participates in the National Association of Property Managers (NARPM) among other real estate continuing education courses.
The Association Management Team is a dynamic team capable of caring for the various board and homeowner needs. This team primarily manages condominium associations and home owners’ associations (HOA). To stay sharp in the changing arena of association management our team is actively involved in the Community Associations Institute (CAI) for continuing education.
The Maintenance Team is a collected of highly skilled technicians that can service many of the needs for our managed properties and associations. Beyond being just maintenance technicians this team operates as additional ‘eyes and ears’ for our properties while out in the field.
The Accounting Team is the underlying fabric of our organization. The highly skilled operators at Compass Property Management are detailed orientated and methodical about their work. This team is responsible for transacting all the in and out flows of the company across all three divisions.
The first person you many times will talk to at Compass Property Management will be someone from our Support Team. Our Support Team includes the individuals who manage the front-desk across our locations, and those individuals who will support our other teams in the company. Having a strong Support Team is critical to achieve the high level of performance demanded by our company.
