Compass Property Management has been in business for over 15 years around the greater Pierce County area. Compass Property Management is a member of a family of property management companies. This includes Kalles Properties which is located in Puyallup, Washington. The family heritage of property management in both these organizations makes them a pillar of the community. In the Gig Harbor and Tacoma area Compass Property Management has continued to grow and stay very active in the community. Currently Compass Property Managements is entrusted with the management of homes, condos, homeowners’ associations (HOA), commercial properties, and apartment complexes.
